Luke Hanley Appointed as Chief Operating Officer at Mana Group

Luke has an impressive track record in Australia’s sports, arts, and entertainment industries. He previously served as the Sport and Destination Event Investment Director at Destination NSW, leading many high-profile projects including the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023, Sydney Marathon World Marathon Major Candidacy, the 10 World Cups in 10 Years program and all funding across regional NSW for major events and grant programs.

His career highlights include successful event execution for large-scale gatherings like HRH Queen Elizabeth II’s appearance at CHOGM, Perth, planned for 200,000 attendees. His event experience also encompasses event contract management for mega projects like the Red Bull Air Race over the Swan River, which attracted over 300,000 people to the inaugural event. With this extensive background and impressive achievements, Luke is poised to drive operational excellence and strategic growth at Mana Group.
