The Pho3nix Foundation exists to inspire children worldwide to be active and enjoy the many benefits of sport, harnessing the power of sport to inspire, unite, and transform lives. Mana Group achieve this through a variety of direct assistance programs across multiple continents, as well as by delivering inspirational global projects designed to inspire the next generation.
Pho3nix Team
From rising junior talents to elite athletes and world champions, the Pho3nix Team embody the spirit of sport with purpose: relentlessly pursuing their goals, united by their dedication, resilience, and drive to make a difference on and off the field and inspire communities worldwide.
Pho3nix Education Program
The Pho3nix Foundation runs education programs across four continents, working alongside schools and sporting organisations to create and deliver sporting programs promoting core skills and physical education in a fun and welcoming way. To date, almost 1 million kids have attended a Pho3nix program.
Pho3nix Future
Boasting hundreds of alumni from a wide range of sports and nations, the Pho3nix Future program assists promising teen athletes in their journey to professional sport, with everything from marketing and sponsorship to nutrition and mental health.
Pho3nix Athlete Program
The Pho3nix Athlete Program supports underfunded Olympic and Paralympic athletes as they train for the next Olympic Games, providing essential resources and financial support to help them compete on the world’s biggest stage.
Pho3nix Kids Triathlons & Fun Runs
Pho3nix Kids Triathlons and Fun Runs have grown into a global phenomenon, offering a fun and inclusive environment where children as young as five can participate, find joy, and develop a lifelong love of sport This event series has established partnerships with endurance sport icons like Alistair and Jonathan Brownlee, Nicola Spirig, Chris McCormack and Javier Gomez.
Pho3nix Kids Football
Pho3nix Kids Football has amplified the work of African Parks and the Center for Global Sport, expanding their reach and engaging even more youth through the powerful connection between sport and conservation. Every weekend at African Parks locations in Gisoni and Gisakura, hundreds of children take to the football pitch. Football offers more than fun: it’s a chance to chase their dreams, feel seen, and learn to care for the world around them.
Pho3nix Vienna Capitals Youth Ice Hockey Program
As part of a long-term plan to revolutionise youth sport development in eastern Austria, the Pho3nix Foundation works with the Austrian professional ice hockey team Vienna Capitals and seven other ice hockey organizations to provide youth players with essential equipment, dedicated ice time and a season-end tournament, coaching development for current club coaches and former players, and inspiration and exposure to the players and coaches from the Vienna Capitals.
RugbyWorks Liverpool powered by Pho3nix
Through its partnership with Dallaglio RugbyWorks in Liverpool, England, the Pho3nix Foundation is helping create a consistent, trusted presence in communities where many young people face complex challenges shaped by poverty, instability and limited access to opportunity. Using rugby as the entry point through its term-time and evening programmes, RugbyWorks Liverpool powered by Pho3nix provides structure, mentorship, and a safe space where young people can be seen, heard, and challenged to grow.
