John Steffensen

John Steffensen

Athletic Director

John Steffensen is a prominent Australian track and field athlete with numerous international medals. The 3-time Olympian won a silver medal in the 2004 Olympics and became a people’s champion in the 2006 Commonwealth Games. Retired in 2014, he now works with young athletes and founded Nitro Athletics track and field series to expand the sport’s fan base.

With 15 years of experience in commercial real estate management at one of the largest financial institutions in Europe, Kasia is also passionate about physical activities. She has coordinated world-class events like the Ironman series, Gran Fondo, and triathlon at the European Games, and actively supports various sports disciplines through volunteer work. A journalism graduate, she is well-versed in copywriting.
