From potential to podium, Mana Group discovers and develops rising stars—guiding them every step of the way to sporting success.
We’re excited to welcome four standout youth athletes to Mana’s Athlete Management Division: triathlete Aspen Anderson, skateboarder Martin Jaque, and surfers Sammy Lowe and Jordy Halford.
Aspen is one of Australia’s brightest triathlon hopes and a genuine contender for gold at the Brisbane 2032 Olympics. A dual Youth Commonwealth Games gold medalist, two-time Oceania and Australia junior champion, and U23 duathlon world bronze medalist, she recently joined the Supertri League team Crown Racing, a move brokered by Mana.
Chile’s top park skateboarder, Martin has taken his street-honed skills from Santiago to the global stage. He made headlines in 2022 as the youngest ever athlete – just 15 years old – named to the Chilean national skateboarding team. Backed by an Olympic Solidarity scholarship for the Paris 2024 cycle, Martin is now squarely focused on LA 2028..
Sammy, the reigning Australian U18 and NSW state champion, completed a remarkable comeback story after an injury that once left him unable to walk. He now holds the #41 spot on the 2025/26 World Surf League Men’s Qualifying Series and is edging ever closer to the World Tour.
Jordy is a three-time Queensland state champion, national titles finalist, and Inter School Team Challenge winner. Currently ranked #6 on the WSL Women’s Junior Tour, she’s determined to take her surfing from Australia to the world.
As part of Mana’s elite athlete lineup, these young talents will benefit from expert career guidance, branding support, and the strategic resources to power their journey to the top.
