Winning Form and New Chapters for Mana Athletes

Jun 16, 2026 | News

Success in sport is rarely defined by a single result. It can mean standing on top of the podium, turning past disappointments into breakthrough victories or finding the strength to rebuild after setbacks that once threatened to end a career. Across the Mana athlete roster, recent weeks have showcased all three.

From Tyler Mislawchuk’s continued dominance in Huatulco and Kacper Stępniak’s long-awaited national title, to the inspiring return of Australian triathlete Tilly Offord, these stories are a reminder that success takes many forms and that every athlete’s journey is unique.

At Mana, our role is to help athletes navigate the complexities of professional sport, create opportunities beyond competition and provide the support structures that enable them to thrive both on and off the field of play.

Hat trick in Huatulco for Tyler Mislawchuk

Few athletes have mastered World Cup Huatulco quite like Tyler Mislawchuk. Seven years after his first victory at the iconic Mexican venue in 2019, the Canadian Olympian returned to claim his third title, having also won in 2021 and collected silver medals in 2022 and 2023. The result further strengthens one of the most impressive course records on the World Triathlon circuit.

Kacper Stępniak turns silver into gold

After finishing second at Triathlon Sieraków in 2025, Kacper Stępniak returned this year with unfinished business. The talented Polish triathlete delivered a standout performance to claim the Polish Middle Distance National Championship title, converting last year’s silver medal into national gold.

A new chapter for Tilly Offord

Mana is proud to welcome Australian triathlete Tilly Offord to its athlete roster.

Tilly’s story is one of extraordinary resilience. Once considered a leading prospect for the Paris Olympic Games, her career was derailed by a life-threatening training accident that resulted in 13 surgeries and a lengthy rehabilitation process spanning three years.

Many athletes would have walked away. Instead, she committed herself to the long road back.

The 2021 Australian Under-23 Champion has already demonstrated her return to form with victory at the 2026 Husky Triathlon Festival and a podium finish at the Asia Triathlon Cup Osaka Castle. Now, with her sights firmly set on Los Angeles 2028, she is building momentum towards the next phase of her career.
