Olympic aspirant Jamie Riddle joins Mana

Mana Sports and Entertainment Group proudly welcomes South African champion triathlete Jamie Riddle to its roster of managed athletes.

Riddle’s journey in sport began at the age of 12 with a dream to become an Olympic champion. He is well on his way to making that dream a reality having become South Africa Champion as well as placing 6th at the 2022 Commonwealth Games.

Currently #43 in the Olympic simulation rankings, he will race World Cups and World Triathlon Championship Series races to stay within the Top 60 and qualify a spot for South Africa. With an eye on making his Olympic debut in Paris later this year, Riddle is dedicated to putting in the work for a chance at selection by his national federation.

But Riddle’s drive to excel transcends sport; coming from a nation where opportunity is scarce and costly, he wants to someday create pathways to allow countless youth from Africa to the world to chase their dreams and find their purpose in life.

He says, “Mana are really interested in me as a person and my story: where I come from, where I want to go and what I want to do after sport. It’s not just trying to secure deals; it’s looking at me as a whole – and that’s what essentially sealed the deal for me. I’ve been approached by other agencies in the past, and Mana was the first one I felt at home with.”
