Since opening this spring, Jeziora i Las has quickly established itself as one of the most exciting new dining destinations in the Poznań region. Nestled among the forests and lakes surrounding Mana Lake, the restaurant offers more than a meal, it invites guests to slow down, reconnect with nature and experience cuisine that celebrates the character of the local landscape.
Built around a philosophy of place-based dining, Jeziora i Las showcases seasonal produce, locally sourced ingredients and a menu where regional flavours take centre stage. Every dish reflects a respect for quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation, complemented by an extensive wine selection.
The restaurant’s wine program is curated in partnership with Mielżyński Wine Spirits Specialties, whose ffounder, renowned wine expert Robert Mielżyński, recently visited Mana Lake. What began as a courtesy visit evolved into an afternoon of conversations about hospitality, wine culture and the future of Jeziora i Las, an exchange of ideas that reflects the restaurant’s ambition to become more than a dining destination, but a place where people gather to share stories and experiences around the table.
The setting is equally integral to the experience. Surrounded by woodland with sweeping views across the lake, the restaurant’s spacious terrace, walking trails and family-friendly atmosphere make it an ideal destination for everything from leisurely weekend lunches to special celebrations.
The restaurant has already become an important gathering place for the Mana community. During the JBL Triathlon Sieraków, Jeziora i Las hosted the leaders of the Charity Relay initiative, bringing together volunteers, partners and supporters for an evening celebrating the extraordinary impact of collective generosity. The event culminated in the auction of a rare bottle of wine, raising 20,000 PLN for the Children’s Home “Our Home” in Chrzypsko Wielkie. Purchased by Sebastian Czubała, President of the Management Board of Suport, the bottle was immediately presented to Mana Group Chairman Wojciech Kruczyński in recognition of his years of leadership, generosity and commitment to helping others.
Having recently welcomed its 4,000th guest, Jeziora i Las continues to build a reputation for warm hospitality, outstanding food and an atmosphere that captures the essence of Mana Lake to become a destination where nature, cuisine and meaningful experiences come together in equal measure.
