Mana Group has further strengthened its international leadership team with the appointment of globally experienced commercial executive Tom Dyson as Head of Commercial, reinforcing the company’s continued growth as an international sports, entertainment and strategic partnerships business.
Based in London, Dyson joins Mana following an international career spanning some of the world’s most respected organisations, including Breitling, City Football Group and Laureus, where he led global commercial partnerships, sponsorship strategy, licensing and brand development across premium sport and luxury brands. More recently, he has advised businesses, investors and emerging brands on commercial growth, strategic positioning and long-term value creation.
Dyson’s appointment comes as Mana continues to expand its international footprint, with offices across Singapore, Poland, Sydney, Bangkok and Jakarta, and now a strengthened commercial presence in London. Established in 2019, Mana has evolved into a leading independent sport, entertainment and strategic advisory businesses, working across rights ownership, major events, commercial partnerships, brand strategy and international business development.
Today, Mana works alongside some of the world’s most recognised sporting events, rights holders, federations and purpose-led organisations with projects and events across Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America and Oceania.
The current portfolio includes leadership, advisory, creative, operational and commercial roles roles across the TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS, the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race, One Hundred Group, the Pho3nix Foundation, Bahrain Victorious 13, the Pho3nix Sport with Purpose Charity Gala, and the Belitung Multisport Festival. Mana’s expertise has also contributed to the successful delivery of some of the world’s most innovative and high-profile sporting and social impact initiatives, including the World Athletics Cross Country Championships, the World Aquatics Short Course Championships, the Sub7 & Sub8 Project and the World’s Largest Mental Health Lesson.
Dyson’s appointment reflects Mana’s continued investment in international capability. As Head of Commercial, he will work across Mana’s international portfolio, supporting strategic growth, commercial partnerships and new business development, while helping strengthen the company’s relationships with brands, rights holders, investors and major sports organisations internationally.
